The Pinya Piña Table Runner highlights the exquisite beauty of pineapple fiber and embodies the rich traditions deeply ingrained in the Philippines. Pineapple has long been revered as a symbol of hospitality and the warm Filipino welcome, perfectly representing our culture's genuine warmth and friendliness.

Guided by tradition and their innate creative spirit, our skilled artisans from Balete, Albay work diligently on traditional handlooms, meticulously crafting intricate patterns thread by thread. This weaving technique, known as 'suksok,' involves the delicate insertion of threads, demanding exceptional precision to preserve the fibers' pristine quality, resulting in our Pinya design. Remarkably, creating this piece entails the preparation of around 40 sticks of 'pulot' each before the weaving process could even begin.

More than just a table runner, this piece is a heartfelt masterpiece proudly presented to you—a collaborative labor of love between us and the skilled hands that brought this work of art to life.
